As the week comes to a close there are no words to describe how incredible this journey is, we are all eternally grateful to have had the opportunity to experience this trip of a lifetime together. From Tel Aviv , to Jerusalem Masada to the Dead Sea to highest point of Zfat we have cried laughed and eaten our way across this majestic place - our home Israel.
We heard amazing speakers who have delivered words of wisdom that we will treasure forever. We have gotten to meet people from all over the world who have shared with us their own stories.
We made and found connections with family we never knew. Israeli mothers on our bus provided us within insight on how they live their lives in this land. Having these women with us enriched the journey even more. The Israeli way of life is based on learning from the past and living a meaningful life to the fullest.
We thank the Perth Hebrew Congregation for giving us this wonderful gift and encourage all mothers to give themselves this time to reflect and reconnect with themselves their families and their Jewish roots.
